Classic bouillabaisse with salmon, fillet of sea basse, prawns and mussels served with garlic croutons**

Chicken liver parfait, warm sourdough, apple & grape chutney

Locally smoked salmon with lemon & capers, crusty bread and butter

Scallops with cauliflower puree and crispy pancetta***

Tiger prawns in olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes served with crusty bread**

Seared salmon fillet, Asian salad, lime and chilli dressing

Roast cod with puy lentils, chorizo and salsa Verde

Pan-fried sea bass fillet with home made hollandaise**

Tiger prawns, red chilli, garlic and fresh ginger linguini**

Served with a choice of the following:

Creamy mash, hot buttered new potato, roasted butternut squash and red onion with tahini and toasted pin nut , roasted potato, dauphinoise or roasted root vegetables

Slow cooked lamb shank North African style

Sirloin of Scottish beef, Yorkshire pudding, fresh horseradish sauce, red wine gravy**

Loin eye of welsh lamb, fresh redcurrant sauce **

Rack of lamb with reduced red wine jus**

Prime fillet of beef and red wine jus ***

Roast supreme of guinea fowl with roasted butternut squash on a bed of water cress and feta cheese salad

Pan-fried chicken supreme with tarragon, vermouth and cream

Chestnut, spinach and blue cheese en croute (v)

Split lentils, spinach, roasted red peppers, dried apricot and feta cheese filo pie(v)

Wild mushroom risotto with garlic and thyme(v)

Classic tarte tatin served with vanilla bean ice-cream

These prices are based on a minimum of 10 guests. Smaller numbers would be subject to a £10 supplement per person.
